Basics and Beyond : Breath and Basics
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 - Breath and Basics in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. This is a gentle, full body practice that teaches you basic yoga positions and how to connect your breath to your core. It also introduces you to the different shapes that you will work into throughout this challenge.

I have been using DoYogaWithMe for the past 6 years and Melissa is my favorite teacher on the site. I'm so happy to have finally found a 7 week program that I think I will actually finish!
Ah okay, I wrote the first half of this comment prior to the class and now I am certain I will finish. Melissa gives so many options and adjustments that I believe in my capablilities and her voice is so soothing that the only way the video is stopping is if shes done talking. A refereshing and enlightening yoga practice from DoYogaWithMe.
