It’s been a while since I caught one of Tracey’s classes. A great 34 minute investment. Namaste!

Can you add closed captioning to your videos?

We've considered this in the past and have polled our users, and it seems like most people feel that closed captioning will difficult to follow, given that you're changing positioning a lot, making it hard to continue looking at the screen throughout the class. Let me know how you feel about it, if you like.

I'm not visually impaired, but I think that even if only a few people benefited from captioning, it would be worth it (especially if it's not common for yoga sites to caption their videos). I work for a university, and we have to make sure everything is accessible- videos are captioned, webpages are compatible with screen readers, we have a sign language interpreter at live events, and we always ask what other accommodations people might need.

Comment:

Accessible captioned videos are necessary for people with a hearing loss so even if the majority don't turn the captions on it would make a difference for those with a hearing loss. Please consider adding caption options so everyone can enjoy the yoga videos.

Such grace and tenderness in this practice. It feels like the lighter side of intermediate level, but oh so nourishing. Lots of stretching and child pose, not too much effort. Thank you and bless you, Tracey!
