Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Like the idea of strength training and stretching. My body needs them both at the same time.
This is perfect. I know I should be doing strength training, but I find it tedious. However, combining it with yoga makes me feel strong, balanced, mindful and relaxed at the same time.
