Doing the 30 day challenge and yesterday was a long & hard (wonderful) practice. This was great to stretch out the sore muscles - for any day-after a hard workout.

I completely agree with Christie's post - I've been doing the beginner track so far in the 30 day challenge and picked up the intermediate because I had to save my practice for late in the day (ha!) and it was a bit shorter. It was a wonderful introduction to the intermediate classes. Challenging and quick, but still very relaxing, peaceful and fun. Thank you, Rachel!
I think this is my favorite short video so far ... perfect for countering the effects of sitting for hours and so quick there's no excuse not to fit it into my day. I bookmarked this one!
Note: This could almost be a beginner video, which sin't a commentary on how good a workout it is but rather an invitation for progressing beginners (like myself) to give it a try.
1.5 hrs commute, a 9 hour day (unusual) and then my 1.5 hrs commute. I came home feeling very sluggish. I knew exactly what to do which was follow this practice and I feel so much better. Refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to relax in the best state of being. I've done this a few times now and tonight really confirmed how perfect this just is. Thank you!

This class has changed my practice of yoga. It is one of the most accessible classes that allows me to integrate yoga into my day, even if it's just for 15 minutes when I get home or before bed. I feel wonderful afterwards and am so grateful to Rachel and the rest of her team for making it available.

I know it says After Work but I find this class great after morning pilates as well and even by itself in the morning as a way to wake up and face the day.
This is my first intermediate class on the site and it was perfect! A little challenging, but also very deep in stretching. Thanks so much, it really helps after a long day of commuting!

I don't get much time to myself these days and I've been feeling that my back is a bit twingey from lifting a 6 month old daily (and the 2 yr old occasionally!). My friend recommended this workout as it is quick and concise and I have to say I'm not disappointed. I feel better already and will definitely find 15 min every evening to do this and loosen up my body. Thanks for such a great workout. When I get time perhaps I'll aim for something longer!

A really nice practice to do after work. Great for when you are a bit tense after work and can't be bothered doing much - I feel heaps better for doing it!
