She moves through the various poses a bit quicker than what I'm used to, but it was nice to hit so many great stretches and bends in such a short practice. It's definitely more energizing than relaxing. Great class for after lifting weights or running!

I just took this class before I had to jump into a busy day of work, and it was perfect! I didn't have much time, but that didn't matter, since Rachel seems to hit all of the main muscle groups. I feel great! – stretched and revitalized. Thanks, Rachel! (PS Would love to see some more shorter classes from you -- 30-40 min would be perfect before work!) Many thanks.

Doing the 30 day challenge and yesterday was a long & hard (wonderful) practice. This was great to stretch out the sore muscles - for any day-after a hard workout.

Also a great warm-up to a workout.

I completely agree with Christie's post - I've been doing the beginner track so far in the 30 day challenge and picked up the intermediate because I had to save my practice for late in the day (ha!) and it was a bit shorter. It was a wonderful introduction to the intermediate classes. Challenging and quick, but still very relaxing, peaceful and fun. Thank you, Rachel!

I think this is my favorite short video so far ... perfect for countering the effects of sitting for hours and so quick there's no excuse not to fit it into my day. I bookmarked this one!

Note: This could almost be a beginner video, which sin't a commentary on how good a workout it is but rather an invitation for progressing beginners (like myself) to give it a try.

1.5 hrs commute, a 9 hour day (unusual) and then my 1.5 hrs commute. I came home feeling very sluggish. I knew exactly what to do which was follow this practice and I feel so much better. Refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to relax in the best state of being. I've done this a few times now and tonight really confirmed how perfect this just is. Thank you!

This class has changed my practice of yoga. It is one of the most accessible classes that allows me to integrate yoga into my day, even if it's just for 15 minutes when I get home or before bed. I feel wonderful afterwards and am so grateful to Rachel and the rest of her team for making it available.

I don't get much time to myself these days and I've been feeling that my back is a bit twingey from lifting a 6 month old daily (and the 2 yr old occasionally!). My friend recommended this workout as it is quick and concise and I have to say I'm not disappointed. I feel better already and will definitely find 15 min every evening to do this and loosen up my body. Thanks for such a great workout. When I get time perhaps I'll aim for something longer!

I really enjoyed this one, thanks so much for sharing. I sit at a desk all day and as a result am extremely inflexible... something I'm working to change. This is exactly what I needed to work into my daily routine :)
