This is probably my favorite Do Yoga With Me video. I sit at a desk all day and this is the perfect quick after work or even middle of the day class to stretch your hip flexor and psoas muscles.
I liked this combination of postures and movements. I find Rachel's instruction a bit too brisk for myself- I think it would feel fine in a group class- but in my home all by myself I have trouble relaxing into the mind-body connection during her classes
I return to this again and again. It's wonderful for middle of the day too. I like how you do the exact stretches my body needs and make them richer with your precise guidance.
Definitely one of my favorite classes on dywm. I feel like I never get enough cat/cow, not to mention the flow matched the breath perfectly for me. This was just what I needed after sitting at a desk all day.
