This class helps me ease some pains and regain some range in my arthritic wrists, hands and fingers. Thank you David.
This short video is a short and thorough stretch for the wrists. It's a good one to visit everyday.
It was a nice stretch to loosen up the wrist a bit thank u
this is awesome! As a massage therapist this feels amazing!
Great video since I do computer work all day long, but it's amazing how tight my right wrist and forearm are. The last stretch is quite intense. I'll be doing this exercise several times a day from now on.
Great video that you can do practically anywhere. Thank you!
I did this at home after morning Pilates, but will use this after lots of keyboarding at work. thank you!
Hi David. Your classes are great. I love your classes that isolate parts of the body, would it be possible to do one for feet?
Sincerely Thank You. Sarah
This is going to be good for the wrist that I broke/crushed 6 months ago--I think it will help it to continue to get limber and regain more mobility from the break & surgery.
Best thing for my Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands, this felt AMAZING!
I harmed my wrists by lifting weights & doing push ups. Eventually I could not do a push up or certain yoga poses because my wrists hurt badly & this video is turning them around. Definitely definitely need this if you lift heavy.
David you rock. I will work on this one for a while. I like how it makes the hand and arm feel but proves how out of shape I am!!LOL well not really funny but making progress. I have lost over 30 pounds in 4 months and I continue to drop each day. I changed my diet and start exercising. I stopped exercising for 5 years and I am only 37. I feel great.
The best things in life are simple and straight to the point.
This is one of my favorite stretches since I do computer work all day. Super!
