David you rock. I will work on this one for a while. I like how it makes the hand and arm feel but proves how out of shape I am!!LOL well not really funny but making progress. I have lost over 30 pounds in 4 months and I continue to drop each day. I changed my diet and start exercising. I stopped exercising for 5 years and I am only 37. I feel great.
The best things in life are simple and straight to the point.
This is one of my favorite stretches since I do computer work all day. Super!
