I absolutely love and appreciate how you guide us into sensations Fiji! It's such a vital part of yoga, yet it's rarely mentioned. Thank you for making this a healing practice.

Thank your this grounding and nourishing practice! I love when Fiji speaks to the more philosophical and personal development aspects of yoga.

I revisit this fairly often. I really like the shoulder openers and that there is a bit of strength work for the whole body in the class. I love the transition of doing a complex pose and then the appreciation of a simple pose like plank afterwards. Fiji is so good with smooth transitions in general. One question I have for Fiji is regarding putting the elbow behind the neck repeatedly throughout the class. Is there a purpose to this? I think at one point you say it will all make sense in a few moments and then it never did for me.

Thank you so much for the contemplation in this class. When you said to bring to mind someone we had maybe been in conflict with and say that just like me you want to be happy; I found this so powerful and liberating. I feel I can now use this to let go of some old resentments and things I am needlessly holding onto. This is so valuable. Thank you again.

Beautiful class. I really appreciated the invitation to make sounds and release tension. Helen’s friendly tone made the class feel more personal and the longer holds were lovely. 🙏

I paused the video at the hip opening postures, as I need to hold them longer to feel a relaxing effect. I also could have stayed a bit longer in savasana. Otherwise a great session.

Such a great class. I love the clear cues, the long holds and the careful buildup to eight-point pose. And the "breathe what you feel" instruction helped me relax into some especially challenging hamstring stretches. Thank you!

Thanks Rachel - You are always Awesome! This was a new class for me I did at lunch to reduce stress and recharge. I am a family practice doctor and last 20 months have been horrible . I rec this site to patients ! I went to a power yoga class recently and none are as good as I find here. Thanks
