This class was very challenging for me as I have rather tight hamstrings. This class stretched them out a bit and showed me where I have more room to open up. I sweat so much throughout the hour because I had to work hard to make it through but I ended the class feeling great!

Just right... not too easy, but also doable for someone just getting back into yoga after a hiatus from having a child/not having time to work out!

This class is absolutely perfect for first timers in yoga. The pace is very calm, very soothing as it should be, has mindfulness put into it, the focus on the breathing... Fantastic, thank you.

I would also like to add that I have back problems due to long term exercise in a bad shape, so it was extremely important for me the focus the teacher had on the back curve and position. Will never forget that.
