So glad I clicked on this class this morning -- it's already rocketed into my favorites. Crista's concise instruction allows space for the student to color their practice with whatever they need. Thank you so much for this!

Thank you so much for this practice Nicky, I had no clue you focus on grief and loss. I happen to play this video today at a time when the waves of grief have come crashing in on me. Your reminders of gentleness and the slow movements were just what I needed. Thank you again for helping to ground me through the cycles of grief.

I am so grateful to have this program and to have Melissa's classes. This one was wonderful! I'm a more advanced, but older yogi, and sometimes a beginner's class is perfect for me. Did this after traveling for the weekend and felt all the creaks and cranks in my body relax away. Yay!

Good class. It would be a great class for the desk worker people (having been one for many years). The shoulder and hip stretches were excellent.

David is a soft spoken, gentle guy. With some instructors on this site I can close my eyes and follow, but I had to sit up a few times to see what he was doing. I also had to look a few times because he used moves I hadn't done before, and I've done a fair bit of yoga over the years. Always great to try new stretches!

I'd do this class again. I'm a sloucher and my shoulders can always use stretching.

I am grateful for this class David. I have done it before due to serious lower back pain and woke up the next day without pain. This is a really therapeutic class. Even though a beginner's class, the backward stretching of the arms was quite challenging for my shoulders, but I am extremely thankful for it. I feel so energized and calm.

You are so good at vocalizing the specifics and details. Your description of the pelvic floor and the blueberry image (in previous video) really helped me understand how to engage the pelvic floor! Thank you for your teaching and beautiful energy!

I know this was beneficial for strengthening my practice, but man, it was tough! I consider myself to be at an intermediate level, but clearly I still have some work to do on mula bandha! I wished there would have been some moments to rest and stretch throughout the practice because I found myself getting pretty tired during some of those tedious, slow movements of the practice. I guess I should probably keep coming back to this one periodically, but I just wish it a was more joyful. I guess I need to bring my own joy next time!

Thanks for the lovely yoga. But is it possible to talk less during the yoga. It's so hard to concentrate and not really calming when doing yoga wit a lot of talking. I'm sorry, i hope you do not take this personal. Thanks, Namaste :)

I am not a fan of voice overs either and the sequencing was a little rushed. Also there were no adaptation to advanced poses. I ended up with a sore lower back
I have been repeating some of the other teachers classes but will pass on this one.
I liked the back drop

Like many of the other folks who've commented here, I would also like to see a longer version of this if possible. I love the meditative aspect to this video. My mind races far too often and this is one of the few yoga classes where I've been able to really focus on the movements. I think it's the repetition? Not sure, but it's delightfully relaxing. A 45 min or 1-hour version of something like this would be wonderful. Thank you Fiji and DYWM.
