Such a great class to just wring out the body. Touches every area. Isn't too intense. Lovely! Good for a general overall whole body class any time!

Challenging, and you work up a sweat, but it's not unbearable like some power classes. Slow steady pacing, but difficult. Very good stretches too.

One of the hardest classes I've ever tried. I would like to revisit this class periodically in the hope that one day I can complete it in its entirety with something close to ease.

Gentle but thorough. Great for when you need a good stretch (esp legs) but don't have energy for a power flow.
