I love this class. A little fast, lost my balance a acouple of times. But The poses are easier after the first two classes. Closing with meditation is great.

Thanks to this class I am now woke. :)

I don’t know why, but I liked it. Where could I find some information on the purpose, or rationale for this exercise?

I found it interesting the relaxation, particularly around my jaw when I was doing this at speed, and not breathing in but letting the “in breath” do it’s own thing.

During this class I was critiquing myself on my flexibility, strength and how I lose my breath sometimes during practice. By the end of the class, lying in savasana, I felt so open and experienced a huge release of tension, self - doubt and fear. Thankyou Tracey for this gift.

Thanks for the lovely class with some sweet stretches- it was perfect for me today, as I'm trying to give a lower body injury some rest but I'm addicted to practising every day! P.S. I was mesmerised by your graceful arms the whole time.

This is an excellent all-round spine stretch. Rachel's pace is perfect here: not too fast-paced but not too slow or too "talky" either. Both I and my partner enjoyed this class very much.

It's amazing how much just 15 minutes of yoga does to activate the entire body. Wonderful after a day of too much sitting!!! Thank you Rachel!
