Lovely class! It's so refreshing to have a yoga instructor acknowledge and make suggestions for working with a bigger, rounder body. The pose sequence is great for working out the kinks caused by my bad posture.

Thanks for the lovely class with some sweet stretches- it was perfect for me today, as I'm trying to give a lower body injury some rest but I'm addicted to practising every day! P.S. I was mesmerised by your graceful arms the whole time.

Good for you for keeping up your practice and allowing yourself to modify for healing. This can be such a challenge for people, especially when they are used to a certain type of practice each day. My graceful arms and I appreciate the comment and wish you a speedy recovery! :)

Love this class! Would love to see more videos showing modifications for those of us with a little more body.
