This short, gentle, hatha yoga class is very restorative and relaxing. You will remain lying on the ground for the entire class, giving you ample opportunity to let go of stress, calm the mind and find peace. You will find this to be a very satisfying yoga sequence regardless of your level, as long as you like to let go and let your body restore.

Sarah’s voice is so calm and relaxing. This is a great class to wind down a hectic day. I loved the little bird chirps (I’m pretty sure those weren’t coming from outside anyway.)
