Reclining Flow for Rest

Beginner I
This short, gentle, hatha yoga class is very restorative and relaxing. You will remain lying on the ground for the entire class, giving you ample opportunity to let go of stress, calm the mind and find peace. You will find this to be a very satisfying yoga sequence regardless of your level, as long as you like to let go and let your body restore.

Surprisingly simple yet soothing - I found myself shifting from active stretches to sleepy stretches. Sarah's voice guided my practice so smoothly that I found myself with eyes closed, not looking at the screen but instead listening. The chirping birds were a nice touch too!

Sarah’s short class was nice at the end of a busy week. I liked her quiet gentleness in this class, and the modifications and suggestions she offered. Her teaching method reminded me of one of my first yoga teachers who gave me an appreciation for yoga and always offered many options to class members. I plan to include this class and Sarah’s other classes in my practice in the future.

This was a lovely class. I was surprised how the instructor (Sarah) achieved so much with such simple movements. I know this was supposed to be a short class, but would have preferred to stay in some of the positions for at least a little longer. I also thought that the amount of talking created a slightly rushed feeling.
