Thanks for this!! Exactly what I need to do for a very tight right side of neck (I like doing other all over movement classes so always put off these gentler ones which I actually need !) I'm trying now to explore all the neck and shoulder classes to try and loosen that right side. I always enjoy your classes, thank you.
If you have no objections to going to a chiropractor, it really helped me with my neck issues. Also kept up with my yoga neck exercises.
