This slow flow class with Melissa is ideal for those dealing with neck, shoulder and back tension. It is cooling, calming and relaxing so it can also be helpful if you have a headache. Note: You will need a bolster, blanket and block for this practice.

Melissa is my favorite and this is the first time I ever did this one. A couple of these stretches were new and hit the magic spot! A new favorite to return to again and again.
