First time doing this video. I liked it a lot. Problem using chair for standing on, so I used a stool that was about half the height. Also afraid I wouldn't be able to get up, so I used chairs to do the resting part.

did this one and forgot to comment. Balance practice always great!
Although I was very tired when I began this session, I felt my tension melt away with each stretch . I feel better now and more relaxed.
The balance work was helpful and I enjoyed side twisting using the chair for support and adding to the stretch.
I feel so ready for the day now...Thank you David for yet another perfect class

Had a problem with the audio today. After a minute or so it would make a "fluttering" sound when David spoke. I had to stop the video and start it again several times. Restarting would solve the problem for a few minutes and then his words would become garbled again. I've not had this issue with any of the other videos on this site.

This is a perfect class for those new to the practice of yoga or limited mobility. Easy, gentle guidance. A great class for beginning stretching and strengthening.
A nice, gentle way to loosen up first thing in the morning.
Floating a foot does not happen for me. Otherwise I found the workout very satisfying.
