Thank you! This class was exactly what I needed tonight, and I'm so glad I've started practicing with you.

I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant, and I have really been appreciating all of the modifications and welcoming energy you offer in your classes. I'm especially grateful for today's comments about sitting on toes - that pose has always been awful for me, and your modifications and recognition make it much more accessible.

Before pregnancy, I practiced mostly longer classes and those labeled more "challenging," but I'm looking forward to continuing with your classes of all levels and your guidance about listening to what my body needs at each moment.

Whew! Yes! Thank you. I definitely need to revisit this one often, so it is getting saved to my “Kindness for the Body” collection.

My PT always says: It all starts with our feet! Thanks for additional ideas to keep the feet mobile and treat them well. They carry us through our life and need some pampering.
