Yin Yoga for Feet and Ankles
This yin practice is all about stretching and opening one of the most common areas of tension in the body - your feet and ankles. If kneeling is not comfortable for your body, then simply join in and double up on the seated component of the class. Enjoy!

My favourite foot and ankle session! For some reason the playback paused during one of the intense toe stretches, I had to laugh when I eventually looked at the screen as I had been thinking the time was just going really slowly!
I have limited flexibility in my feet and toes, this was a great class to help
