I have MS, which affects my right foot and ankle a lot. I still walk five miles a day, but it is not easy. This class is fantastic for me beyond words.. thanks is not enough!
I have done other foot/ankle practices, but I loved the longer holding times for these. It really makes a difference, especially when working on the splay of my toes! Thank you for your gentle and often humorous guidance, Helen!
Helen’s comment of ‘Why’ after sitting on the tops of our feet for what seemed like 24 hrs had me smiling the rest of the class. Enjoyed!
Helen your classes and you help me to settle in to my bones. i feel peaceful and quiet afterwards. accepting. thank you for this
