I decided to try this workout on a bit of a whim (I'm just being honest) I used to practice hatha yoga when I was younger studying my a-levels but haven't done any for a few years. After a bad car accident 12 months ago my stomach and digestive system suffered trauma and I have had pain ever since. Recently my GP suggested I get back into yoga to balance myself and calm my anxieties. I am so glad google found this workout for me! It could have been made for me!

The instructor has the most incredibly calming voice and I completely relaxed into the workout without having to look at my screen very often. The way he connects in his video feels like he could be in the room with you, not on a screen streaming from the web!

I fell completely into deep relaxation and physically felt tension release from my stomach during the workout, I can't remember the last time I felt this comfortable. Thank you so very very much!

I started to feel a little chilly towards the end of the namaste (but I should probably turn the heating up!) as twenty minutes is quite a long time for me to remain still.

I would thoroughly recommend this to everyone and can't wait to do it again!
