I have a severe gluten intolerance. Sometimes accidentally I ingest some gluten and my whole body and digestive system feel awful. This class helps me heal both psychically and mentally. I am so grateful for you and this class!

Wow, I just discovered this site and was instantly drawn to this digestion practice. I struggle with digestion issues and chronic pain in that area. This practice was amazing.
