I’ve tried this class and the quickie one. I don’t understand how to do the breathing even though I’ve watched very carefully. Are you breathing in while expanding your belly or are you breathing out when your belly expands? Thank you.

this remains one of my favorite classes. i would love to see more classes incorporate pranayama practices into the flow of a class. feels more complete this way.
