The cues about pleasure were so helpful - I noticed the postures where my habvit of attending to the form has somehow put a limit on how muich I let myself feel in those moments. Really great exploration - thank you.
Thank you for this wonderful class, and especially for the guided instruction in the beginning on cultivating the freedom to feel pleasure vs. strain. That was exactly the motivation I needed today. I couldn't follow you all the way because as I was going on my body was sending me to different stretches due to some hip pains. I paused, did some prolonged stretches and then got back with you. In essence, I kept my practice longer than the video because of particular needs. I am so glad I was able to continue for at least 1 hour. Thank you again for such a great class.
