If you're having issues with the player:

Sarah-Jane begins with a yang flow, which is full of energy, movement and challenging poses, to warm and prepare the body for 30 minutes of yin. The heat generated during the first 20 minutes makes the yin poses - the deeper spinal bends and twists - feel so good you'll want to spend a lot more time in savasana.

Beautiful way to wake up the spine. This was my first class with Sarah Jane and my first yin yoga class. Her calm, slow transitions were so nice for a morning practice and I appreciate her gentle instruction. Lovely voice and presence.

Thank you, Sarah Jane! This practice is so grounding and calming. I just did this for the second time. Not only do you help me focus my thoughts on the experience, you help me get relief from an old back injury. Much appreciation here.

Thank you kindly Sarah Jane...I feel more at peace at the end of this beautiful practice than I have in weeks. What a glorious blend of activity and passivity, strength and softness, the external and the internal. I'm filled with gratitude, light and calm. Thank you!!

She made this practice feel so short yet long and deepening for your body. I love how she really tells you about whats going on in your body during the postures. Amazing!
