If you're having issues with the player:

Sarah-Jane begins with a yang flow, which is full of energy, movement and challenging poses, to warm and prepare the body for 30 minutes of yin. The heat generated during the first 20 minutes makes the yin poses - the deeper spinal bends and twists - feel so good you'll want to spend a lot more time in savasana.

Equipment: None
Style: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Back Care

Amazing practice with nice bird sounds in the background, thanks! This is the first time I was able to lean forward at the end, and without effort to boot. Slow and focused on the breath works for me:)

That was such a lovely practice! Exactly what I needed on this cold, snowy day. I am very thankful for this 30 Day challenge!

That felt so good I wished there were two of me for a moment there.
Thank you teacher.

That felt ecstatically good! I still can't get into even a half-saddle, but the partial stretch I did manage probably got me closer.
Thank you, Teacher.

Fantastic practice, Sarah Jane! Yang followed by Yin truly is a perfect match! My yin postures felt deep and quiet. Thank you!

I didn't see this class in the "Yoga for back care" group; I found it by chance a while back. But it seems like a fit for that category.
Thank you, Sara Jane. This is a wonderful class, well paced, and very well explained.
