In this yin yoga class, Sarah-Jane teaches you a sequence that will deeply release the muscles around the back, hips and legs, including the lower back, outer hips, gluts, hip flexors, hamstrings, groin and upper back. It's a great class if you are looking to relieve lower back pain, hip tightness and leg cramps. The space is very quiet and there is no music in this class, so feel free to add your own.

Thanks. x
Wow! What an amazing class. For a guy with super stiff hips and a injured lower back, I can’t think of a more helpful and relieving class. Thank you
I have been reviewing numerous online Yoga options. None of them that I have found offer yoga to people over 70 who are NOT beginners. This seems to me to be a big gap in availability. I've ben doing yoga in classes and on my own for 30 years - off and on. I can't find anything suitable for me at age77 with plenty of knowledge about yoga but some restrictions for an aging body. Some of the "gentle" yoga seems too gentle, and the usual yoga is too difficult. Can you direct me? Or create something that works for us older folks who want to keep what flexibility we still have without treating us like beginners?
That was wonderful Sarah Jane, I feel like a human noodle now. Yin or restorative yoga is so helpful during this time dealing with isolation.
Thank you. I will come back to this video.
