A Whole Body Challenging Beginner Hatha Flow
David guides you through a full-body, slow-flow hatha yoga class that first establishes your core stability, and then moves you through a series of standing poses that gradually increase in difficulty. This class will help you release your whole body, with a particular focus on the hips, hamstrings and lower back.
