This Sukshma Vyayama with Sarada is the ancient system of yogic practices which loosens your joints and removes the energy blockages. The practice is safe, rhythmic, repetitive stretching movements.
This is great as a warm-up or reenergizer if you work at a desk. I also have arthritis and this class is perfect for lubricating all of my stiff joints.
Surprisingly simple movements that just feel good. I will try this one with my husband who had shoulder surgery and is doing physical therapy. Good energizing practice for all levels and ages.
By far, this is one of my favorite practices on this site. Anytime I feel the need for a refresher or a gentle movement practice, I return to Sarada's lovely Subtle Joint Movement class. I would love to see more classes from Sarada as I enjoy her style and variety.

I enjoyed the practice in itself and additionally as it turned out to be very similar to what I remember as "traditional morning exercise" I have been taught growing up in 70-s in ex-USSR. Now, 30 years later I see that the origine of all the movements I have learnt as a child is in yoga.
I adored this practice, mostly because I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with Sarada's spirt which guided me to loosen up and feel grounded. Well worth the time to be grounded in our breath while moving slowly.
Absolutely beautiful. Takes me back to my days in the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. I would love to see more classes like this on Do Yoga With Me - although I do appreciate the western approach, my heart is in the traditional yoga. Its difficult to find this pure yoga in the West. Thank you Sarada ❤️
I absolutely love this class! Am so glad Sarada introduced our community to Sukshma Vyayama. I've practiced the movements every day for 2 weeks now before my fuller asana practice and feel a noticeable difference in how I move. I begin with more ease in my joints which softens my asana practice. I'm so fascinated by Sukshma Vyayama that I've gone down a research hole to learn more about it!

I had not tried one of Sarada's classes before. This is fabulous! I feel very awake and aware of my body after this, and I can see that my students would really benefit from these movements!! Thank you! I will be taking more of Sarada's classes!
This was FANTASTIC! I was feeling stuck and static before, but now I feel the energy flowing through me smoothly, freely, and effortlessly. I also appreciate the ancient movements and their references...makes me feel more connected and aware of yoga's long history. Thank you, Sukshma. I look forward to attending more classes with you. After a long hike yesterday this was the perfect way to loosen the joints and everything around the spine, the neck and hips. This is really causing the connective tissues and joints to get back in alignment. You feel light and you breathe with ease.
Excellent instructor and a wonderful class! This is not only a great warm-up practice but you can also do this if your body just cannot "Dig Deeper" with Fiji today. Thank you, Sarada!
PS I felt a bit as a preschooler following the instructions but it was a good feeling :)
