Wow, I've been a follower of Fiji's for years, but this class is my new favourite. It has a little bit of everything, especially for the present environment. If you're feeling a bit low on energy but want a class that will restore and subtly refresh you, look no further than this class.

@Fiji- I did a class filter for yin/yang style today when choosing my class, but only saw this class by accident under the 'new classes' posting. I think this is categorised as a vinyassa class? Perhaps it would be good to tag as yin/yang so anyone searching for that style can easily find this yummy and delicious class too?
