Ive been doing yoga for about a year. Today was the first day I could do crow. Only for a few seconds, but I did it! I also found Fiji's comments about routine and comfort to be so powerful and personal to me. For more ways than I can count, this class spoke to me. Thank you Fiji.
This is a great short practice to get the blood and breath flowing before starting my day.
Good morning stretch, especially when I have limited time. It would be beneficial to watch this video first as Fiji moves into positions somewhat quickly.
