Good overall workout
It's got a bit of everything, challenging balance, strength and flexibility without tiring you out. Targets the legs and hips more than the core or upper body.
I came to this class after a day of travel and found it just perfect for general unwinding. Hips, shoulders, sides, and feet are feeling relaxed and alive! I love the balance of movement/flow and depth. I did add a few minutes of savasana at the end for myself.
