My absolute favourite class - everything you need in a class that is short enough for even the busiest of days. So grateful. Please could we have an evening equivalent Jonni-Lyn?

Great, light way to wake up your body. Nothing too strenuous.

I come back to this one when I dont have much time for a full class but need a quick morning blast. I think the pace is good, and incorporates enough of the elements needed to start the day. Sun Salutation, some quick strong standing postures, some twists, an inversion. A perfect bite size class. And the pranayam at the beginning is just perfect. Thank you Jonni-Lynn!

Not much flow, more stretching than anything else. I do appreciate her voice and explanations though.
