I like Crista's sweet voice and instructions.
I did this as a wake up. It would be better after some movement. This class is such a quickie that I wished my muscles, especially lower back, were warmed up first.

I didn't really feel it in my hips and it was less than 10 minutes of "active" yoga, but I can see using this mid-day to re-center during work. It just wasn't really much of a flow for my morning.
