Very good slow flow.
Surprisingly intense. Long holds and very intense stretches, Lizard really did.
release so much tension around my hips. Amazing! I had deep relaxing moments after the asanas. I am deeply moved after this practice.
Thanks Araba. I really enjoyed the thorough stretch-out, but this is at most an Intermediate I, but more like a Beginner II class.
