I've done yoga for 17 years and I had never heard the the equestrian pose before. I also have always had instructors cal tadasana moutain pose. But she called downward dog with feet together mountain pose.

I liked the measured transitions and generous/relaxed time spent in the poses. It was really nice to do this class as a gentle but substantial reintroduction to practicing after skipping one too many weeks of regular practice.
