This full-length class teaches you how to move toward that peak pose gradually and safely, warming up and stretching the muscles in the legs, hips and lower back in order to achieve the full pose without risk of getting hurt. I'm nowhere near reaching the harder poses in this class, but I really like it. It's lovely that I can be taking an online class thousands of miles from Canada and be laughing in plank pose ("I love yoga, I love yoga, I love yoga."). Thank you!
