This is one of my all time favourite classes of Christa's. I've come to it again and again. If you are intimidated by the title - don't be! You can choose to go any distance and Christa brings you through nice suite of poses. Love hip openers. So good :)

The full expression of many of the poses was beyond my ability and flexibility, but I appreciated the lovingly-offered modifications, and I listened to my body's cues. Definitely feel stretched out and rung out from this little adventure - haha! - I could have fallen asleep during savasana. Thank you!
