Very nice class, I enjoyed the newness of this class. I liked the transitioning into the yogi squat.

Wow. Wasn't sure this was the right class for me today...sick kid, not much sleep, needed to do something before starting the day...the reviews were good so what the heck. You did it again, Tracy and Do Yoga With Me. Exactly what I needed and I didn't even know it. My shoulders feel light, my spine feels aligned. Thank you.
Another fun practice!! I love Tracey's cues - they really help me check in with my alignment. Although I am not yet able to access the arm balance, my shoulders and heart center feel beautifully open. Thank you!
I really enjoyed this class - Tracey is an incredible teacher who explains things really well and has a great pace. Although it was only 20 minutes, I feel like I was able to get my energy flowing and I'm so grateful.
Love the shoulder and hip openers. Great stretches as a quick stand alone any time or at the beginning or end of any type of workout. Thank you, Tracy!
Fun, quick class. Unique transitions, which I like. I was not able to get the hand balance. I stopped the video and tried several times but either my shoulders or wrists weren't limber enough of my center of gravity would not permit it. Either way, I would have enjoyed a modification or extra tips for getting into the pose.

I enjoyed this short stretch! I was actually running late this morning and almost skipped my yoga for the day, but when I saw it was only 20 minutes I was glad I was able to get it done!
