Very nice class, I enjoyed the newness of this class. I liked the transitioning into the yogi squat.
Still can't get my feet off the ground though, lol!

Wow. Wasn't sure this was the right class for me today...sick kid, not much sleep, needed to do something before starting the day...the reviews were good so what the heck.
