Great class. I’m curious as to why we turn our eyes to the side when doing the neck stretches. Does this give an extra twist?

Hi Deb,

When doing twists I often cue taking the gaze to the corner of the eye becuase it brings the twist into the optical nerve, cleansing the nervous system. It can also keep the twist going and growing as we energetically follow our gaze.
