This flow is a great pace and covers every area of my body. If I only have 20 minutes for yoga-this is the class I will go to!!! Thanks Fiji!!
Wow! That was so great I felt the need to comment for the first time. Such a dynamic class, I am really a beginner but have a lot of strength so have been challenging myself and loving it. Fiji's classes totally fit my needs, thank you so much for your clear instructions and uplifting movements.
I’ve been struggling with low mood and motivation in the mornings – this helped me pick myself up and get going! I like that the flow was quite fast paced, didn’t give me too much thinking space. Needed that :)
