The sun is out and all those amazing outdoor activities are beckoning for us to go outside and play! As we collectively begin to shift forward into our “new normal” , we have an opportunity to pause and reflect on the gifts and shifts this past year has brought into our life.

In this Sangha Session we want to know:

  • How has your home practice helped you navigate this past year?
  • What changes have taken place this past year that you might keep in place even as things begin to return to “normal”?



Yoga for Stiff Guys

This 14-day challenge is an excellent introduction to yoga for anyone who is not naturally flexible and specific attention has been paid to the mobility limitations most commonly found in the male body. Over the course of the two weeks it develops the flexibility and mobility that is required to explore deeper expression while building your confidence that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of how flexible you may or may not be!
