Great way to wind down a long day. Thank you.
This is the PERFECT morning class. I've been doing it for five days in a row now, and I don't know how I could ever choose something else. Many beautiful poses in a short period of time, perfectly paced. It hits all the right spots when you want to wake up the body. A bit of hips, absolutely, but also the upper back and shoulders. Love, love love it.
Well that felt good! Hips, yes, but also hamstrings and back. Nicely paced with enough time to settle into the pose. Thanks, Tracey!
Brilliant as always. Thank you so much Tracey.
A nice practice and really good for the hips. My only negative comment would be at the end. Savasana / corpse was short and Tracey comments on this however if you don't have a timer or way to know, you could end up falling asleep :)
I am only recently back to regular yoga after having my daughter last year. This class was wonderful! Just what this tired mom needed to feel rejuvenated and revitalised, love getting into those sticky hip areas. Thank you Tracy! From another Tracey, in South Africa
AMAZING class! Already one of my favorites. I feel energized, refreshed, and present.
Love this short class with Tracey! Love the flow speed and the movements. That particular figure 4 stretch was something I’d never done before, but I loved it! Just what I needed today.
