Join Tracey in this vinyasa practice and rejuvenate your hip joints with a variety of hip movements and playful transitions as we explore balance and integration. Dynamic movements and static holds will lift us up and away into ardha chandrasana, also known as half moon pose, with space in the body and mind.

Tracey makes great use of limited time. I'm impressed with how much she packs into a short class. I magically never feel rushed and my whole body feels strengthened and opened.
