Join Tracey in this vinyasa practice and rejuvenate your hip joints with a variety of hip movements and playful transitions as we explore balance and integration. Dynamic movements and static holds will lift us up and away into ardha chandrasana, also known as half moon pose, with space in the body and mind.

Such a beautiful flow class. Everything just right, packed into a short class. Variety, logical sequencing, perfect pacing and such good cueing that I didn't need the screen. Brilliant. Thank you Tracey for leaving me feeling energized and nourished.

Well that felt good! Hips, yes, but also hamstrings and back. Nicely paced with enough time to settle into the pose. Thanks, Tracey!

A nice practice and really good for the hips. My only negative comment would be at the end. Savasana / corpse was short and Tracey comments on this however if you don't have a timer or way to know, you could end up falling asleep :)
