Today’s micropractice is a great reset for a mid-day work break, whether you’ve been desking, parenting or erranding. It can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of Embrace The Micro Practice: 14-Day Beginner Challenge.
These micro classes are awesome. Would like to not have to sit for 8 hours a day (boo capitalism) but these shorter classes offer a lot of relief fast.
