Excellent for stretching in an active way. The pacing is great for power and strength focused yoga.
I enjoyed this class, but found the cues very hard to follow. Usually not the case with Tracey, so I offer that as a constructive tidbit. :0)
This class was really good but I badly injured my wrist in the swimming arms part. There should be a step where you realign your supporting arm more towards the center.
Love this class, the side neck stretches feel great. Thank you
Love this class! Thank you a lot!
Thank you, very helpful for runners- loosens up the hammies
I loved this! Thank you Tracey!
I loved this! Thank you Tracey!
wonderful class Tracey. 'Swimming' in plank was a challenge - my arms just don't want to support me in that position! Will work on that. Thank you.
thank you
This is a wonderful and surprising flow. Very grounding.
Wonderful practice Tracey! The limbs feel relaxed and stretched. Thanks so much for the class. Loved it!
Terrific! Would you offer an accommodation for turning the fingertips toward the back of the mat while in tabletop and plank? I experience a lot of pain. Is there a way to get my wrists/hands to open slow and safe?

Excellent class Tracy feeling long and stretched and empowered for the day ahead namaste 🙏🏻
Great balance poses, good stretch.
I've been on a yoga break of a few months and came back with this class - which reminded me how good yoga is for me. Thank you, Tracey!
Thank you, Tracey!
