Lightening Up Your Body
Will yoga work for you? To answer this question, Satiya will take you through the very basic elements of yoga in relation to your body. First, we will establish muscle flexibility and as the series goes on, we work with body alignment to properly practice posture without causing injury.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Some yoga teachers seem to take themselves and their classes very seriously. I loved the way you made it fun and lighthearted. It felt great until you asked us to bend our toes backwards. Ouch! Even the lightest pressure felt intense. Guess I've found a new stiff spot!
