If you're having issues with the player:

Will yoga work for you? To answer this question, Satiya will take you through the very basic elements of yoga in relation to your body. First, we will establish muscle flexibility and as the series goes on, we work with body alignment to properly practice posture without causing injury.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

I've done this practice after a few weeks without yoga, on the second day of a ten-day quarantine. It's a fun and easy way to get re-started and I feel less anxious now. thank you!

Practicing yoga since a while, but loved revisiting the basics of the Mountain with your personal touch.
And the focus on pleasure. Thanks, Satya !

My husband (and I) loved this - accessible and upbeat with a little bit of challenge. After we finished practicing, he made me promise to practice with him every day for the next two weeks. Success!

It was nice to see Satiya laugh and have fun.
Extremely basic - many pointers to show others when teaching to men.
Great for women as well.

Another great class with Satia – yes, very welcoming and playful. My body is floating. Namaste!

Some yoga teachers seem to take themselves and their classes very seriously. I loved the way you made it fun and lighthearted. It felt great until you asked us to bend our toes backwards. Ouch! Even the lightest pressure felt intense. Guess I've found a new stiff spot!
