I always feel so focused doing any of Tracey's classes, and this one is no exception. Especially love the side twists she does in this class and how I don't feel rushed going through the poses in this short vinyasa class. OM

I was easily able to let my mind go after a crazy day at work thanks to Tracey's guidance and the motion of this class. I will be bookmarking this as I am working on full wheel pose as a challenge to myself and this was definitely a helpful sequence for attempting it. I was full of gratitude for my practice and especially all the DYWM teachers who've made it possible for me to develop a habit. A great release after my long day.
