Jivamukti-Inspired Steady Flow
This intermediate jivamukti inspired class with Jonni-Lyn is a slow steady burn that moves you through sun salutations, standing poses, a few strength building poses, core work and some hip work. It ends with a headstand, pranayama and a long savasana. A class that moves you and opens you up!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.
