I enjoyed the class. I'm really needing help right now with joints and their care and alignment, and this did help. It was a little confusing for me to get set up in my small space and I had to do a warrior's pose again since I hadn't understood it correctly the first time. All in all helpful and worth repeating to get it right. Thank you!
